How long is the return period?
Not received goods:
If you do not want the item for personal reasons within 24 hours of placing the order, you can send an email to cs@kinhwa.com and we will try to intercept the shipment for you.
Received goods:
If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can contact kinhwa customer service within 30 days of receiving the package to request a return.
What's the return process?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, uncontaminated or unused, with a label with the package tracking number in the original packaging. When you meet the above return conditions, please contact our customer service team via email cs@kinhwa.com to obtain a return authorization. If you return an item for personal reasons such as not liking the purchased product, the user will bear the shipping costs. If you return an item damaged or with the wrong order, we will bear the return shipping costs
What's the refund process?
After returning the item, please contact our customer service team via email cs@kinhwa.com to notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether a refund is approved. If approved, we will refund the money to your original payment method within 1-2 business days. Please understand that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and mail the refund.
Note:
Once items have been used, they cannot be returned. If defective or damaged, please contact cs@kinhwa.com for a replacement.
